The seeds found in these fruits is the source of the essential oil, this oil have shown tremendous activities of regeneration of skin cells due to presence of higher amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Also, they show presence of galactolipids which have strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that stimulates the synthesis and regeneration of collagen underneath the epidermis.
